Terms and Conditions VIPClub – Complete Platform Usage Guide

Welcome to the vipclub platform. Before you begin using our platform, it is important that you understand that use of the website and all services provided by vipclub is subject to the terms and conditions set out in this document.

These Terms take effect as soon as you access the vipclub platform, whether through the website, mobile app, or any other medium we provide. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using our platform immediately.

VIPClub reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. However, we will endeavour to inform registered members via email or in-platform notification whenever significant changes are made.

2.1 Age Requirement

The vipclub platform is exclusively for individuals aged 18 years and above only. This is an absolute requirement that cannot be compromised. VIPClub takes seriously its responsibility to ensure our platform is not accessed by those who are underage.

• You must be at least 18 years of age on the date of registration
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• You are not permitted to register on behalf of another person
• Registration from legally restricted regions is prohibited

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account on the vipclub platform. Holding more than one account is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all related accounts along with the forfeiture of associated balances and bonuses.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of vipclub's commitment to responsible financial practices, we conduct standard identity verification processes. You are required to submit valid identification documents when requested, particularly before your first withdrawal or when cumulative amounts reach a certain threshold. Accepted documents include:

• MyKad (for Malaysian citizens)
• Valid passport
• Recent proof of address (bank statement or utility bill)

Your account security is a shared responsibility – the vipclub platform provides robust security infrastructure, but you as the account holder also play an important role in keeping your account safe at all times.

3.1 Password and Login Credentials

• Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols
• Do not share your password with anyone, including family or friends
• Change your password periodically for added security
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) available in your account settings
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on public devices

3.2 Reporting Unauthorized Access

If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, contact the vipclub support team immediately. We will act swiftly to secure your account and investigate any suspicious activity.

4.1 Deposit Methods

VIPClub accepts a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX (all major banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. All deposits are credited to your account in real time and in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• Minimum deposit: RM 20 per transaction
• No additional fees charged on deposits
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name
• Using another person's account for deposits is strictly prohibited

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Winnings withdrawals at vipclub are processed promptly once verification is complete. Withdrawals are typically completed within 30 to 60 minutes for supported payment methods.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
• VIPClub reserves the right to request additional documents for withdrawals exceeding certain limits

VIPClub offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members as a token of appreciation for their loyalty. However, each bonus is subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before any wins from that bonus can be withdrawn.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements as stated in the relevant promotional terms
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts
• Only one member is eligible for the welcome bonus — based on shared device, IP address, or payment method
• VIPClub reserves the right to void bonuses if there is evidence of abuse or fraud
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the promotional offer

5.2 Loyalty Program

Active vipclub members are eligible to join the loyalty program, which awards reward points for every wager placed. These points can be redeemed at rates defined in the loyalty program terms, which are updated periodically.

All games available on the vipclub platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This ensures that every game outcome is entirely random and free from any external influence.

6.1 Prohibited Conduct

Players are required to play fairly and ethically. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vipclub platform:

• Use of bots, automation software, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities in games
• Collusion between players to cheat the system or other members
• Use of a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location
• Abusive behaviour, threats, or harassment toward other players in the chat feature

6.2 Game Outcomes

The outcome of all games is final once the round is complete. VIPClub will not accept appeals regarding valid game results unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure that can be verified by our technical team.

7.1 Voluntary Closure

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the vipclub support team. Before closure, please ensure all pending withdrawals have been settled and no active bonus wagering requirements remain.

7.2 Suspension by VIPClub

VIPClub reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Identity verification failed or false information was provided during registration
• Suspected fraudulent activity, manipulation, or money laundering
• Instructions from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

7.3 Balance After Closure

When an account is closed for valid reasons (not due to a breach of terms), any remaining balance will be returned to the player via the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to the completion of all required verification processes.

VIPClub reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered members via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before they take effect.

Continued use of the vipclub platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before they take effect.

8.1 Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law and any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the vipclub platform will be resolved through the dispute resolution procedures established by the relevant governing body.
